We produce fixed and movable jaw blades for all common folding devices.
We use a durable and wear-resistant polyurethane coating.
Your main advantage of using our jaw blades is a special hot melt manufacturing process to attach the polyurethane to the steel body. We name this coating IPpure. In addition, we can provide our fixed or movable jaw blades with a tungsten carbide spray coating (tungsten carbide coating).
When manufacturing our jaw blades, we ensure that the exact tolerance range (thickness and height) is met precisely.

Sheet guides are made of different materials such as plastic (s-green, PA or POM), steel, aluminum, polyurethane or teflon, depending on the intended use and wear requirements.
